President of Propel Management
Jayson joined Propel Management in 2013 after spending over 25 years in hotel operations and having worked for Intercontinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, and several other franchise management companies. As president of the company, Jayson works daily with all of Propel's hotels to ensure they are focused on driving top line sales while controlling costs to maximize profitability. His commitment to customer service and creating an atmosphere where hotel associates have the tools, training, recognition, and resources they need to succeed are what make Jayson such an invaluable leader.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
After spending several years in event management and hotel sales leadership roles, Jennifer joined the Propel Management team in 2015. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jennifer works directly with our sales teams to ensure greater occupancy with increased sales and revenue each year. Jennifer also works closely with several partners including Marriott International National Sales, Revenue Management, and third-party eCommerce. This ensures success with direct sales, digital advertising, social media, and global sales. Jennifer’s knowledge of creating a successful sales action plan and passion for empowering sales teams are what make her an integral part of Propel's management team.
